Justin is a 20-year veteran of the construction industry where he has developed, designed and project managed award-winning projects in California and Washington. He began his career as a sculptor and art director, but for twelve years has dedicated himself to constructing functional and beautiful homes for families in the Pacific Northwest. When he is not running his business he can be found skiing or surfing with his two sons and his wife.

Gabe is dedicated to guiding customers through the construction phases and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the process. On the job site he prides himself on managing site crews, maintaining a clean and organized operation, and foremost, meeting project milestones and deadlines. During his down time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, fixing up his 1926 Craftsman and playing in the mountains.

With over 30 years of experience, Stacey brings a wealth of bookkeeping and office management skills to her position at ICB. Working either remotely or in the office, Stacey is always available by email or text, ensuring prompt response to our valuable customers and support to our dedicated subcontractors. Downtime is enjoyed playing with grandkids or court sports.

This is Dan’s third year of working with Island Crest Builders as a project manager. In the past he has worked for private clients helping them with their remodels throughout King County. He has also worked in the automotive and mechanical industry. When he is not fixing cars and houses, Dan can be found anywhere outdoors hiking, kayaking and taking the dogs to the dog park.
Doug Wenger

Doug brings 30 years of frame to finish carpentry skills to Island Crest Builders with a history of tackling remodel projects that require a seamless transition from old to new, as well as complex integrated finishes, and attention to detail with new construction and modern materials. Doug’s focus these days is to provide ICB with excellent finish carpentry results that the clients can be very satisfied with. Coming to work for ICB after his previous employer retired, was a chance to focus more on finish work, and work with a great group of people that take great satisfaction in the work that they do for the client. During long holiday gatherings, he has been known to roll out many a pizza dough , and to bake ‘to die for ‘cinnamon rolls in an outdoor pizza oven.
Cristian Sanchez

Cristian is the newest member of the ICB team. In the past he has worked for multiple fabrication and installation companies working with granite, quartz and marble. He has worked in high end install and construction for the last 10 years and is excited to be a member of this new team. When not working for ICB, Cristian finds himself riding motorcycles, paddle boarding and volunteering at food banks in the Seattle area.

ICB was founded in 2002 by Justin Davis.
Our Process
Weekly meetings are held with the client and we use a software tool called Basecamp for clear communication. This ensures that every transaction and decision that is made is transparent to the team and to the client.
Step 1
Half hour virtual meeting with ICB to hear about your project and talk through your options.
Step 2
Pre-construction agreement gets signed: this is an agreement between you and ICB allowing us to proceed with the beginning stages of your project. We can also help you find trusted architects, engineers and interior designers depending on your needs.
Step 3
Plans, permitting, budget and scope of project gets worked out.
Step 4
We break ground on the new build, or begin the remodel demo.
Step 5
Work through the building process.
Step 6
Finalize the punch list.

Site Superintendent/Skilled Carpenter
This position will lead the on-site construction team and oversee all work sites, driving the schedule and keeping all projects clean, on-time and in compliance with all safety regulation as well as our internal quality standards. You will also be familiar with all standard carpentry techniques and be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings.
