The Sandpoint Project is a remarkable testament to sustainability and innovative design. Originally approached as a remodel, the solid foundation and structure of the original house prompted us to take an environmentally conscious approach. We chose to build the new house on top of the old one, utilizing the existing foundation to save resources and reduce costs. Collaborating with First Lamp Architects, we crafted a two-story modern masterpiece in Seattle’s Matthews Beach community. Sustainability takes center stage in this project, with carefully selected eco-friendly materials such as bamboo flooring, wool carpets, and recycled content tiles. The thoughtfully designed residence features functional living spaces, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas. Completed in 2015, the Sandpoint Project exemplifies our dedication to sustainable building practices and cutting-edge design.
