Justin Davis brings more than 20 years of construction, design, and project management experience to every home. His background includes award-winning residential projects in California and Washington, where he has combined creative vision with disciplined execution and practical buildability. Known for his hands-on approach, Justin leads clients through every phase of the building process—leading teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship from concept to completion. He is also a creative problem solver, helping homeowners navigate complex design and construction challenges while finding thoughtful, cost-conscious solutions that align with both their financial goals and design vision. Originally trained as a sculptor and art director, Justin approaches each project with an artist’s eye and a builder’s precision, balancing aesthetics with performance and value. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and surfing with his wife and two sons.
Brock Maybee
Project Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in residential construction, Brock Maybee has built his career from the ground up, progressing from carpenter and superintendent to project manager. His hands-on expertise spans every phase of custom home construction and high-end remodeling, giving him a practical understanding of craftsmanship, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and client service. Brock oversees the onsite ICB teams as well as project budgets, schedules, procurement, change orders, and daily project execution while maintaining strong communication with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners. He is also experienced in process improvement, value engineering, and implementing construction management systems. Brock’s collaborative leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality help Island Crest Builders deliver exceptional homes that reflect each client’s vision. Outside of work, Brock enjoys spending time golfing and fishing with his wife and daughter.
Stacey Roehrs

Stacey Roehrs brings more than 30 years of bookkeeping and office management experience to Island Crest Builders, providing the financial organization and administrative support that keep projects and operations running smoothly. She manages accounting and day-to-day office functions while serving as a dependable resource for clients, subcontractors, and the ICB team. Stacey’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to service make her an invaluable part of the Island Crest Builders team. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, playing tennis and reading.
Lynn Abulhosn

Lynn Abulhosn offers over 20 years of leadership experience across real estate, operations, and strategic planning, bringing a depth of industry knowledge and a results-driven approach to Island Crest Builders. As a former Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for a leading commercial real estate firm, she led teams across marketing, human resources, technology, and operations. At ICB, Lynn supports project execution, preconstruction, business operations, and marketing, helping deliver an exceptional client experience. Her background in commercial real estate investment and asset management provides valuable perspective throughout the building process. Lynn is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, organization, and client service. Outside of work, Lynn travels, gardens and adventures outside with her husband and two sons.
Dan Sullender
Assistant Site Supervisor

Dan Sullender has been a valued member of Island Crest Builders since 2021 bringing hands-on construction experience to every project. As an Assistant Site Supervisor, Dan helps coordinate daily jobsite operations, supports quality control, manages site logistics, and works closely with trade partners to keep projects on schedule and built to the highest standards. In addition to supporting the field team, Dan is a craftsman who regularly performs hands-on work, including framing, painting, carpentry, and other on-site construction tasks. His practical expertise and attention to detail help deliver the high standards Island Crest Builders is known for. Away from work, Dan enjoys hiking, kayaking, working on cars, and exploring the outdoors with wife and their dogs.
Oscar Hernandez
Assistant Site Supervisor

Oscar Hernandez joined the Island Crest Builders team in 2023, bringing a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and unwavering commitment to quality on every project. As an Assistant Site Supervisor, he supports daily construction operations by coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site safety and organization, managing material deliveries, and performing skilled hands-on work to keep projects moving efficiently. Oscar takes pride in craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and is known for being dependable, approachable, and always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. His upbeat personality—and the singing that often fills the job site—helps create a positive atmosphere that both teammates and trade partners appreciate. Oscar’s reliability, dedication, and commitment to excellence make him an indispensable part of the Island Crest Builders team. Outside of work, Oscar makes a delicious carne asada and enjoys going to parks with his wife and two daughters.

ICB was founded in 2002 by Justin Davis.
Our Process
Weekly meetings are held with the client to review project status, schedule and to discuss project details. We use a comprehensive construction management system called BuilderTrend for all facets of the construction process as well as client communication, project status, real time budget information and more. This ensures that every transaction and decision that is made is transparent to the team and to the client.
Step 1
Initial meeting with ICB to hear about your project and talk through your options.
Step 2
Pre-construction agreement gets signed: this is an agreement between you and ICB allowing us to proceed with the beginning stages of your project. We can also help you find trusted architects, engineers and interior designers depending on your needs.
Step 3
Plans, permitting, budget and scope of project gets worked out.
Step 4
We break ground on the new build, or begin the remodel demo.
Step 5
Work through the building process.
Step 6
Finalize the punch list.

Site Superintendent/Skilled Carpenter
This person will lead the on-site construction team and oversee all work sites, driving the schedule and keeping all projects clean, on-time and in compliance with all safety regulation as well as our internal quality standards. You will also be familiar with all standard carpentry techniques and be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings.
Residential Construction Project Engineer
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project logistics, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
